Use of the service

Invoice Guard HQ helps identify duplicate or suspicious invoice patterns. It does not pay invoices, approve invoices, provide accounting advice, or replace human review.

CSV pre-scan

The CSV pre-scan runs in your browser. Refreshing the page clears the uploaded rows from that page.

Customer responsibility

Users are responsible for reviewing findings, validating source records, and deciding whether to pay, reject, refund, or investigate any invoice.

Credentials

Use sandbox or restricted read-only credentials whenever possible. Do not submit credentials you are not authorized to use, and do not submit provider account passwords.

Subscription termination

You may terminate a paid subscription before the next billing date. Termination cancels the next scheduled payment and stops future renewal charges. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, access can remain available until the end of the paid billing period and prior payments are not automatically refunded.

The service may change as we improve the product, security model, and provider integrations.
