Terms for using Invoice Guard. These terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broad rollout.

Use of the service

Invoice Guard helps identify duplicate or suspicious invoice patterns. It does not pay invoices, approve invoices, provide accounting advice, or replace human review.

Customer responsibility

Users are responsible for reviewing findings, validating source records, and deciding whether to pay, reject, refund, or investigate any invoice.

Credentials

Use sandbox or restricted read-only credentials whenever possible. Do not submit credentials you are not authorized to use, and do not submit provider account passwords.

Availability

The service may change as we improve the product, security model, and provider integrations.
