Roadmap
What has shipped, and what is next
Invoice Guard HQ finds duplicate charges and billing anomalies in invoice data. This page lists what is already in the product and what is being worked on now. It is updated as things ship.
In progress
- More EU mandate checkers. The French e-invoicing checker is live. Germany and Italy are next, using the same format validation already behind the e-invoice studio.
- Partner reporting. Partners get a branded audit link today. Next is a view of referred clients and commission earned, without leaving the app.
- Scheduled guard reports. Monthly and weekly summaries of new findings, delivered by email instead of waiting for you to open the dashboard.
Shipped
August 2026
- French e-invoicing mandate checker. Validate a French invoice against the mandate rules before the deadline, at /facture-electronique.
- Partner audit links. Bookkeepers and accountants get a branded audit page their clients can run themselves. Details at /partners.
July 2026
- Continuous monitoring. Connect Stripe or PayPal and new invoices are checked as they arrive, rather than only when you upload a file.
- E-invoice studio. Generate and check structured e-invoices, including XRechnung field requirements. See /e-invoice.
May 2026
- Guard Score. A single figure for how clean a set of invoices looks, so you can see at a glance whether a period needs attention.
- Currency conversion anomalies. Catches exchange rate errors and wrong-currency entries that a standard duplicate check misses.
- Recovery letters. Draft outreach to a vendor or provider for an amount worth reclaiming. Nothing is sent without your approval.
April 2026
- Browser-only CSV scan. Upload an export and it is checked in your browser. The file is not sent to a server. Try it at /pre-scan.
- Duplicate and anomaly detection. Exact repeats, near duplicates that differ by formatting or rounding, and unusual billing patterns.
- Plain-English explanations. Every finding says what was matched and why, written from your own records rather than from a template.
