Information we process

Invoice Guard HQ processes account information and invoice metadata needed to detect duplicate invoice risk, including customer names, invoice numbers, amounts, dates, provider names, line items, and review status.

Browser-only CSV pre-scan

The uploaded CSV pre-scan runs in your browser. Invoice rows from that tool are not sent to Invoice Guard HQ unless you separately connect a provider or submit information through another app form. We may record lightweight scan-limit metadata such as IP address, time, browser timezone, and user agent to prevent abuse. A one-time detail unlock records payment state for the session, not the CSV rows.

Site traffic analytics

We use first-party traffic analytics to understand whether people are reaching the site and which pages are useful. This may include page path, referrer host, UTM campaign values, device class, browser timezone, scroll-depth milestones, user agent, and a hashed version of the visitor IP address. Raw IP addresses are not stored for site traffic analytics.

Credential handling

Use sandbox or restricted read-only credentials first. Do not submit account passwords. Provider credentials can be revoked from the dashboard.

Third-party sharing

We do not sell your information or share invoice data with third parties for advertising or resale. We only use service providers needed to operate Invoice Guard HQ, such as hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and the payment providers you choose to connect.

How we use information

We use this information to show duplicate candidates, estimated money at risk, review recommendations, account administration, billing status, and support.

Deletion

Account deletion requests are handled manually after ownership is verified.
