Privacy notice for Invoice Guard. This page should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broad rollout.
Information we process
Invoice Guard processes account information and invoice metadata needed to detect duplicate invoice risk, including customer names, invoice numbers, amounts, dates, provider names, line items, and review status.
Credential handling
Use sandbox or restricted read-only credentials first. Do not submit account passwords. Provider credentials can be revoked from the dashboard.
How we use information
We use this information to show duplicate candidates, estimated money at risk, review recommendations, account administration, billing status, and support.
Deletion
Workspace deletion requests are handled manually after account ownership is verified.
