Service-only data use: We do not sell, trade, or share your data for advertising purposes. Your data is used to facilitate the service you have requested and to operate Invoice Guard HQ.

No commercial data usage: We only utilize trusted technical processors strictly necessary for operating the Invoice Guard HQ infrastructure, including hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and provider connections you choose to enable.

Local processing: Our browser-only pre-scan is designed so that raw invoice rows never leave your local environment, ensuring maximum privacy for the initial audit.

2. Compliance Standards

PCI-DSS & PII: We are mindful of Payment Card Industry security standards. Invoice Guard HQ does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive card authentication data. Personal information is handled with scoped access, credential encryption where configured, and minimal retention practices.

GDPR & international standards: We operate according to global data protection principles, including access, correction, and deletion rights where applicable. Users may request access, rectification, or deletion of personal data at any time.

Restricted access: We use restricted API permissions where possible and never request or store your provider passwords.

3. Subscription & Cancellation

Flexible termination: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Cancellation policy: Upon termination, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further payments will be charged following the date of cancellation.

4. Terms of Service & Liability

Advisory nature: Invoice Guard HQ is a decision-support tool. It provides risk scores and data organization to assist human judgment. It does not automate payments, move funds, or replace the professional judgment of an accountant or financial officer.

Governing law: This service operates under the principles of fair trade and applicable public legal acts governing digital services in our primary jurisdiction of operation.
